Our 50 sow unit farm establishment is in its final stages of construction and stocking. The farm blends harmoniously with the natural environment, featuring integrated waste management systems and an optimized flow of work designed for maximum efficiency.

This project represents a significant milestone in commercial piggery farming in Uganda. Each housing unit is designed with proper ventilation, drainage, and biosecurity protocols in mind. The layout ensures smooth movement of animals between different stages β€” from breeding and gestation to farrowing, weaning, and finishing.

The waste management system converts pig manure into valuable organic fertilizer, which supports the farm's sustainability goals and creates an additional revenue stream. With a capacity of 50 sows, this unit is expected to produce over 1,000 piglets annually, supplying quality stock to local farmers and the commercial meat market.

This establishment serves as a model for what professional piggery farming can achieve in Uganda β€” combining modern design, environmental responsibility, and commercial viability.
